We look forward to pampering you! Begin your Seasons spa experience by changing into your spa robe and slippers in our spa changing/ locker rooms. Relax and unwind in our cozy relaxation room. You can add a salt cave and halotherapy session to all spa services. Each massage modality or spa package can be requested in our couples room. All spa services and packages can be scheduled as a group of 2 or more.
The Salt Cave can be added to all appointments for $15 per person or bundle the Salt Cave and Halotherapy for $25 per person. All massage modalities and facials can be scheduled in our salt cave for $100 per hour.

Body Wraps
- Infrared Body Wrap (60 Minutes) $59
A highly effective source of healing that improves the circular, cardiovascular and immune systems. Lose up to 20 inches in just 20 treatments!!! 900–1400 calories are lost every 60 min Infrared Wrap! It is more effective than other traditional heat treatments since the infrared heat penetrates twice as deep getting at toxins and cellulite trapped in pockets. As we accumulate more and more body fat, our circulation decreases. Because of a lack of blood circulation, we cannot metabolize or burn the excess body fat. Therefore very little heat is being circulated to that part of your body. This result is what we call “cold spots.” When we take away the heat from that area of your body and it cools, the fat then turns from subcutaneous fat into cellulite.
- M’LIS Contour Wrap $85
An all–natural holistic approach to body contouring that has been helping people lose cellulite and inches since 1979. When the body’s circulation and elimination systems become impaired, toxins and waste materials become trapped in the vulnerable fat cells of the connective tissue. Reiki is used as a simple, safe and natural method to reduce stress, provide relaxation and feelings of peace and well-being; all of which have been shown to promote healing. In addition, it can address physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances. Reiki works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Please note that Reiki should never be used instead of medical treatment. Always consult your family medical practitioner regarding any health issue you are experiencing.
A Reiki treatment is performed by a certified Reiki practitioner. The Reiki practitioner can deliver the Reiki energy through touch or by placing the hands around/above an area of the body such as the head, feet, shoulders, and arms. When one receives a Reiki treatment they remain fully clothed and can be in a seated or laying position. A typical session lasts for 50min and the client is left feeling refreshed and re-energized.

Emotional Release Therapy Massage
Emotional release therapy massage is for anyone experiencing emotional pain, trauma or frustration that feels hard to resolve. Oftentimes we have no clue where it came from of why it is showing up. Emotional release therapy is a way of discovering past experiences that are keeping your body stuck in old patterns and giving you the opportunity to let them go.

Chakra Healing and Crystal Massage Therapy
Crystals with specific stones are said to help to relieve specific ailments such as anxiety, depression and insomnia, or more physical ailments such as digestive problems.
Crystal therapy can be as simple as wearing precious stones and minerals as bracelets and necklaces, placing crystals in the room where you work and sleep or being treated by a crystal therapist, who can identify which stones can work to stimulate the seven chakras, or ‘energy points’ around the body.
The electromagnetic charge within each stone is said to offer healing vibrations as they work to remove blockages around the body and restore a natural flow of energy.
