Policies

Satisfaction Guarantee. All Services are non-refundable no exceptions. Money will not be given back after a service is given. If you are unhappy with your service we want to work with you again until you are happy.
Appointments are held with a debit/credit card. At the time of service, you can alternatively use a gift certificate.
The full service fee will be charged for cancellations or no-shows without 24 hours notice.
Preferred payment 1. Cash 2. Venmo 3. Credit Card with $2 card Fee
In store credit only with all product exchanges and returns.
All gift certificates are non refundable, and have no cash value.
All services are subject to change.
Appointments 15 min or later will need to be rescheduled.
