  • Satisfaction Guarantee. All Services are non-refundable no exceptions. Money will not be given back after a service is given. If you are unhappy with your service we want to work with you again until you are happy.
  • Appointments are held with a debit/credit card. At the time of service, you can alternatively use a gift certificate.
  • The full service fee will be charged for cancellations or no-shows without 24 hours notice.
  • In store credit only with all product exchanges and returns.
  • All gift certificates are non refundable, and have no cash value.
  • All service prices are subject to change.
  • Appointments 15 min or later will need to be rescheduled.
  • Please leave children home when not receiving a service.
